Services
Once you decide to sign-up and become my client, we will be using the EverFit app to track your progress and for me to deliver your programming. I will send the invite link once you buy the Online Coaching Package.
The EverFit app allows to you to connect your diet app such as MyFitnessPal (I personally use Cronometer) and if you do not use a diet tracking app, I would suggest you use the same one as myself for me to be able to give you the most help, but any popular diet tracking app should work. This will allow me to help track your calories, to keep you accountable.
Using the EverFit app we will track you body metrics, training metrics, calorie and macronutrient goals and that is where I will have community forums in the future to post general advice, Q&A etc. Reps, sets, rest time and other general advice for each exercise will be programmed in the app you will use for your training.
In order for this to work the best you will need to input all the body metrics, log training as prescribed and log macronutrient data so that I can track and make appropriate changes for the fastest and best way to achieve your goals!

Training Methods
This will depend heavily on your goals and preferences. If you want to lose weight, gain muscle or body recomposition it will effect the structure of my programme. Every workout I create is unique and tailored to your specific goals and needs.
I will guide you and try to teach you at the same time so that you become more competent in the fitness world and become more self sufficient as well. Although no matter how good someone is, there is always a benefit in a PT in terms of accountability, second opinion and pushing beyond your limits, which is hard on your own.
I can adapt the workouts to whatever equipment you have at home or have access to - such as a gym, local park or even a combination if you are working from home certain days, other days you are at the office next to your gym or whether you travel a lot.
Given my background. I am confident with helping you with cardiovascular health, gaining strength and muscle, guide you for better flexibility and mobility and try to gain new and improved nutrition and other healthy habits. My Workouts are usually very simplistic and focusing on the goal, occasionally I create a side goal based on the weaknesses we discover which I think would be good to tackle along the main goal.
